BORNEO SUPER ROOF is a durable water-base acrylic paint from BORNEO PAINTS. It is a high performance mid sheen roof tile finish specially formulated to give protection for asbestos, tiles or metal roof against unsightly fungi attack. It can also withstand the scorching sun and torrential rain.

Surface Preparation

Ensure the surface to be painted is clean, dry and free from dust, grease, wax, fungi and other foreign matter. Remove all loose or flaking paint film. For best result, apply 1 coat of Borneo Water-Base Sealer or Borneo Solvent-Base Sealer followed by 2 coats of BOENEO SUPER ROOF. For metal roof, apply 1 coat of Borneo Metal Primmer followed by 2 coats of BORNEO SUPER ROOF.

Note: Do not apply BORNEO SUPER ROOF in damp weather.

Application Data

Application : Stir well before use. Application can be carried out by using brush, roller or by spraying.

Thinning : Thinning is usually not necessary. If necessary, thin with 10% of water.

Cleaning Up : Clean all equipment with clean water immediately after use.

Directions for Use

Touch Dry : Dependent on temperature and humidity.

Recoat : 1-2 hours

Theoretical Coverage : 11-13 m² / Litre
