BORNEO PROTECTIVE COATING has a wide range of products specially formulated to provide protection for various harsh industrial environment.

Borneo Green Oxide Paint is a protective primer designed for ferrous metal surfaces, offering reliable corrosion resistance and a durable matte finish. The green oxide pigment enhances coverage and provides a strong base for topcoats. Suitable for industrial and general metalwork applications, both indoors and outdoors.

Surface Preparation

Surfaces must be dry and free from dirt, grease and other contaminants. Smoothen surfaces with suitable grade sandpaper and dust off before application of paints. For concrete, ensure that there is no rising dampness to get the best result.

Directions for Use

Application: Stir well before use. Application can be carried out by using brush, roller or by spraying.

Brush & Rollers : For normal use, thinning is not required. If necessary, no more than 10% of thinner can be used to adjust for your requirement.

Conventional Air Spray : Thin 10% by volume with recommended thinner and adjust to requirement.

Airless Spray : Ready for use. If necessary, no more than 10% of thinner can be used to adjust for your requirements.
