BORNEO EASY-WASH is a premium eco and health friendly interior paint specially formulated for easy cleaning. This low odour, low VOC formula provides a tough and extremely smooth surface for easy cleaning. Stains can be easily wiped off, so the egg-shell finish walls are always clean and easy to maintain. BORNEO EASY-WASH is formulated to resist spattering to help keep tools and jobsite clean, application will always flow smooth for perfect finishing.

Surface Preparation

Remove all loose, defective paint or powdery residues. Repair cracks, uneven surfaces with suitable fillers. Smoothen the putty / filler areas with sandpaper. Surfaces to be painted must be cleaned thoroughly and dry, they must be free from dirt, grease and other foreign matters. Allow all surfaces to dry completely prior to painting. Avoid painting when the moisture content and alkalinity of the walls is still high. BORNEO WALL SEALER 400 is highly recommended as base.

Application: Stir well before use. Application can be carried out by using brush, roller or by spraying.

Thinning: Thinning is usually not necessary. If necessary, thin with 10% of water.

Cleaning Up : Clean all equipment with clean water immediately after use.
