Surfaces must be clean. dry and free from all defective or poorly adhering material, dirt, grease or wax. To have better finish rubbed down surface using suitable abrasive and dust off. Remove all loose, defective and unstable paint film or powdery residue by thorough brushing and scrapping. High pressure water jet is highly recommended. Treat areas affected by mould, lichens, algae and moss with fungicidal wash. Make good minor defects and cracks with suitable filler.

Application: Stir well before use. Application can be carried out by using brush, roller or by spraying.

Thinning: Thinning is usually not necessary. If necessary, thin with 10% of water.

Cleaning Up : Clean all equipment with clean water immediately after use.

Touch Dry: 20 – 40 minutes, dependent on temperature and humidity
